PGN Crab House

It is off season so it was not busy. The Alaskan crab legs were a bit dry and stuck to the shell. The hush puppies were moist and not dry which I liked. I got the 6-20-6 which came with clams shrimp and blue crab. My batch of blue crabs were very sweet. No complaints.

SOO GOOD! We came here for the snow crab legs and they did not disappoint! I did the feast with clams and Old Bay shrimp it was all good. My wife did just a crab legs and it was a great amount of food. Services excellent, prices are great as well. If we come back from Pennsylvania to OC again anytime we will be visiting here

Just had an awful experience and nothing to do with the food. We went and ordered all you can eat. After she takes our order she says oh it is after 8 I can't do it. It is only until 8. This is not written on anything . Not online, Facebook, menu or outside marquee. I asked to speak to a manager and ahe said ok. A few mins pass and she comes back and says what can I get for you, I said a manager. Now i was not trying to change their mind or make an exemption just let them know they shoild advertise this or at leasin answer their phones (I had tried to call and no ine answered. ) Waitress said, they are busy they can't come. The manager or some man stands next to us and tells the waitress its til 8 and that's it. I spoke up and said Im not asking you to bend rules but it should be advertised. We were told the owners are old and not good with technology. I said put it somewhere or in writing so people don't drive here, get sat, wait 10 mins to have someone come to the table, etc. Then I also shared that I called. His excuse, we don't answer when we are busy. How about an outgoing message listing your rules? This is not new technology. Rewind to Memorial Day weekend when we dined in and had a great all you can eat experience and they only charged us for 2 out of 3 diners. I reported it to the waitress and made sure I paid. She also used the excuse they are old. They don't know how to do the register. It's a damn shame their food is good. His attitude was horrible. We left due to the way we were spoken to. Had they been kind or just spoke to us without an attitude we would have ordered a dozen.
