Pizza Boy

Absolutely awful. I ordered 6 slices of pizza because they refused to sell whole pies anymore. That was $30bucks. They said 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes then went and checked, lady at the front said my order wasn't ready. I waited another 20 minutes and went back up to check on the order. The lady at the front was honest and said they lost the ticket that they keep in the back so they know the order needs to be made. Which is completely understandable, i had no issues. I advised unfortunately i could not wait any longer, I asked for a refund. A storm was rolling in. It was 10:30pm at night and it was just me, my 2 year old daughter and two elementary school daughters. The large man in the back came to the front and refused my refund. He told me my number was called. I advised the polite lady in the front admitted they lost the ticket, so how could you have called a number on a ticket that was never filled. He still refused my refund and told me i had to continue waiting. So not only did they not give me my food they refused to give me my money back, and forced me to wait almost an hour for 6 slices of pizza. I'm always polite but I felt taken advantage of so I refused. He continued to deny my refund, he went to the back and threw 6 cold slices of pizza in a box. The pizzas were soggy and cold. I don't know what I did to deserve that nasty service. When I first ordered, I noticed the workers were working in extreme heat, no fans or ac and I offered them water to help, yet I'm met with such nastiness. I would not recommend this place to anyone EVER. The owner is a liar, and does not operate business respectfully. I understand mistakes happen and tickets get lost but don't lie and then refuse a refund and for a mother and her daughters to wait well beyond a reasonable time as a lightening storm is approaching. He is heartless and bad person at heart. The lovely ladies in the front had amazing customer service and apologized. It's not their fault their boss is a mess.

Pizza boy has amazing pizza. The staff are always friendly. Pizza is always fresh and doesn’t take long if you order a whole pizza. The pizza here never disappoints and is probably some of the best pizza in ocean city. Also, it’s right next to Julia’s who has great cannolis. All around 10/10 and recommend this place to anyone who loves a good pizza.

By far the best pizza on the boardwalk. They make their dough and sauce in house so everything is fresh. The manager Matthew is also very particular about making a perfect pie with very high expectations which is very evident in the flavor of the pizza. The team members are also extremely friendly!
