We had a fabulous time on the Duckaneer! We vacation to Ocean City every year but had no idea that this existed until we were driving over the bridge and happened to notice the large pirate ship docking in the marina. This is an extremely fun outing for kids (mine are 2 and 5) and adults. This is a water ride— you will get soaked by the “pirates” and are encouraged to use the cannons on board to soak the “pirates” back. We saw the ponies on Assateague as well as dolphins on the trip to and from the pirate takeover location. The crew was fantastic even with our smaller group and my kids love getting “treasure” at the end. This was a 10/10 experience for my family and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time on this adventure, even after the couple of hiccups before we were able to go. They gave us free tickets to make up for the issues. The kids had fun. My 4 year old thought it was "too realistic." Lol

Do NOT waste your money on this boat ride! We were extremely disappointed. The captain was very nice, but unfortunately that was about the only positive thing I can say.
The person who does most of the talking throughout the ride literally drinks water from his water bottle and then spits/throws the water onto the kids. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unnecessary.
Aside from that, the ride itself was incredibly boring and definitely not worth what we paid. We were expecting a fun experience for the kids and instead left feeling like we completely wasted our money.
I would not recommend this boat ride, especially for families with children. Save your money and find something else to do!
